Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Clientri, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Clientri on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.
The Service
Clientri provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform. This includes contact and company management, deal and pipeline tracking, email integration, workflow automation, lead management, reporting, and team collaboration tools.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the platform.
Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Organization administrators control user access, roles, and permissions within their workspace. Administrators are responsible for managing their team's access appropriately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for illegal purposes, or pose a security risk to the platform.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Clientri — contacts, companies, deals, emails, tasks, custom fields, and any other business data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. This license exists only for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.
You are responsible for the legality of data you store in Clientri. If you collect personal data from individuals (such as contact information), you are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clientri to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation.
You agree not to use the platform for unsolicited bulk email (spam), to store malware, or to conduct any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts.
Email Integration
If you connect an email account to Clientri, you authorize us to access, read, and send emails on your behalf through that connected account. You are responsible for complying with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) for emails sent through the platform.
We store email data to provide inbox functionality and to associate communications with contacts and deals. Email data is subject to the same security and privacy protections as other data on the platform.
Payment and Billing
Certain features of Clientri may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are described on our website and within the platform.
If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of your account.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or data loss, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clientri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. We will attempt to notify you before termination except in cases of serious violations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of Clientri after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clientri operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
